LivGreen is the green arm of Ventro Group which has been working with social housing associations and local authorities across the UK since 2013.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
Receive deliveries from suppliers
Complete vehicle checks on new company vehicles and vehicles being returned.
Organise travel arrangements as required
Liaising with purchasing team to ensure materials are kept in stock.
Become the office point of contact
Assist Pre-Construction dept with any TLO duties, booking appts H&S folders and distribution etc
Postal duties
Assisting Director and Sales consultants with administration duties
Manage office calendars
Assist with staff inductions and complete office tours.
Meet and greet visitors to Bristol Office
Check offices and kitchens are clear (end of each day).
Ensure the stationary cupboard is stocked.
Ensure PPE cupboard is monitored.
Any other administration support duties.
