We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in our finance team.If you ve got drive, enthusiasm, personality, an enquiring mind, plus proven experience in a similar role, then we re listening!Working in a small friendly team, you'll be responsible for our Accounts Payable function. You'll manage the AP process from receiving invoices to payment of suppliers and the Accounts department inbox and responding to queries. We pride ourselves on working efficiently and promptly, but as with all AP roles, you'll need to have a calm and positive attitude and of course, you'll have the full support of your team should you need to escalate any issues. You'll review staff timesheets and prepare the data for payroll and accounting purposes.You'll also be responsible for processing ad-hoc bank payments, reviewing staff timesheets, general bookkeeping and admin alongside reviewing and processing staff expenses and assisting with audit data requests.This is an office based role (with remote working on an ad-hoc basis). We use Xero so previous experience of that would be great, but the main requirement on the IT side is someone who can use Excel and feels comfortable with IT systems (in particular Microsoft Office applications).About Us.
