The role As a member of the Global Account Management team, the main requirement of the Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of existing accounts and ensure a strong renewal rate and revenue growth. A key focus of this role will be to develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure the Synthesio program is closely aligned with the customer s business case and strategy allowing the full potential of Synthesio s solution to be realized.You will be working alongside a team of Senior Account Managers who will provide you with guidance, on-going training, and mentorship together with support from the Customer Success teamThis position offers an excellent opportunity for progression and professional development- there will be opportunity to move into a more senior role as your knowledge of the company widens.What will I being doing?This will be a varied and interesting role including:-?

  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of Synthesio s organisation and their offering in order to educate clients on the benefits of the business

  • Building rapport with your customer base and manage the contract renewal process.

  • Ensure replies to customer queries and requests are accurate and on time

  • Building strong relationships with the clients and manage key stakeholders effectively through regular meetings and communication

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the relevant needs of the accounts are met

  • Understanding client requirements, following up any enquires in order to make sure expectations are managed and met

  • Communicate customer feedback to the wider teams and business.

  • Increase revenue by maintaining an accurate pipeline of upsell/ cross sell opportunities

  • You have a passion for business, with drive and ambition

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbally

  • Organisation and time management skills

  • Ideally some experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales is preferred.

  • Experience in SaaS technology vendors or consumer insights/ research agencies is a strong plus.
